Est. in 2009, Dawson Builders Pty Ltd is a family run construction company based in Wantirna South.
With over 20 years experience in the field we have completed a range of different projects over the years from small renovations to large extensions and specialising in construction of new multi-unit sites and custom homes.
Over the last few years we have adapted our vision to the ever-growing market of custom homes throughout the south-east suburbs of Melbourne and believe we have a very particular skill in designing and building the perfect home for each individual client we have.
With quality not quantity as our main focus we limit the amount of projects we undertake at one time to ensure our standard is always at the best it can be.
Meet our team
Tim - Director
Tim is the registered building practitioner and qualified carpenter who will oversee all our projects and even get on the tools to make sure the job is done right.
Tim has been in the building industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in all areas of residential construction.
Stefanie - Project Coordinator
Stef has been with us for 3 years and works hard in the office to make sure our clients are kept in the loop at all stages of their projects. With years of customer service experience, she is the perfect fit for our clients to liaise with from consultation to construction and most importantly, handover.
